I offer in-person therapy and supervision in Camberwell, Melbourne, as well as secure telehealth appointments for adults across Australia and internationally
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative and trauma-informed, drawing particularly on Internal Family Systems (IFS) alongside other evidence-informed approaches including ACT, mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory and DBP. IFS offers a compassionate way of understanding different parts of ourselves, helping us explore our inner world with curiosity rather than judgment and develop a deeper understanding of the experiences, patterns and protective responses that shape us. Our work may be more insight-oriented, practical and skills-based, or a combination of both, depending on what feels most helpful. I see therapy as a collaborative and flexible process where we actively choose and adjust the focus and pace together and in a way that feels safe, manageable and right for you.
Individual Therapy
I offer reflective supervision and consultation for psychologists, mental health social workers, counsellors and other mental health professionals. I see supervision as a collaborative space where I invite you to slow down, reflect on your work, explore the complexities of practice, deepen your practice and learn to trust your professional judgement. My approach to supervision is supportive and restorative, at the same time as providing guidance around ethical and professional practice, the APS Code of Ethics, AHPRA requirements, and trauma-informed care. The focus and depth of supervision will be informed by your experience, needs and what feels most useful to you and your work.
