A space to slow down, feel heard, and come home to yourself

Therapy can be a space to pause, listen inward, and gently explore what is happening beneath the surface.

Welcome

I’m a trauma-informed Clinical Psychologist and Mental Health Social Worker. I’ve worked in mental health for almost 15 years, across social work, counselling and clinical psychology roles in community, public and private practice settings. Much of my earlier work was with refugees and survivors of torture and trauma, and I’ve continued to work with people experiencing trauma, complex trauma, depression, grief and loss and other significant life challenges.

My work is relational, warm and collaborative. Therapy can be an opportunity to be curious about how your experiences have shaped you, develop a deeper relationship with yourself, and reconnect with the strengths, capacities and resources that are already within you. We can gently explore what may be getting in the way of living more fully and in better alignment with who you are. Our work may move between insight, exploration, building on resources and practical skills, depending on what feels most helpful for you.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is the main approach I draw on in my work. I also use other evidence-based therapeutic approaches (such as ACT, mindfulness and Polyvagal theory) and adjust our work in a way that is most helpful for you.

I work with adults affected by a range of challenges, and I have extensive experience and genuine interest in working with people experiencing trauma, or complex trauma symptoms, depression, chronic health conditions and times of significant change.

I welcome adults from all walks of life including all genders, sexualities, cultures, identities, bodies, abilities and life experiences. I value diversity and inclusion and I am committed to create a space where you can feel safe to be yourself.

I offer therapy and supervision in-person in Naarm/Melbourne, and via secure Telehealth across Australia and internationally.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
